Reruns are still aired to this day yet this show has lost media (it doesnt help that its pretty obscure).

As far as I and other Crashbox fans know, there are currently 5 pieces of lost media for the show.

These 5 pieces are: 2 bumper segments that feature characters from the show, a promo for the show, a pilot episode, and now a behind the scenes.

I will list info for all these pieces in this post and list all the people us Crashbox fans have tried contacting.

These 2 bumper segments were called Who Knew and Smart Mouth.

It was confirmed by the compositor of Who Knew that there were 80 episodes.

While that person did not work on Smart Mouth, it is still assumed that Smart Mouth also had 80 episodes.

As for Smart Mouth, no footage has been found, only 2 pictures of the series.

I contacted the compositor but they dont know where or who would have the missing episodes.

Its most likely that Who Knew was made before or during season 1 since the voice actor for Professor Rocket in Who Knew is the same voice actor for the character in season 1, Joseph Motiki.

According to the Magnet Wikipedia page, Crashbox started airing on August 26th of 2001.

Sadly nothing is known about this promo except for the fact it was on Magnet.

According to the Lost Media Archive Fandom, out of 7 promos for shows, only 1 has been found so its obvious that Magnet media is extremely hard to find if not impossible.

The pilot episode I honestly had never heard of this pilot episode until I was searching for episodes 27-39 (they were lost but have since been found).

According to tv.com, the pilot episodes description is All the robots will celebrate their new factory.

They will do things they have never done before.They will jump off buildings They will also create Crashbox.They create some of the graetest master-minded games ever crated to man.

Due to the way its worded (and the fact the word greatest is misspelled), it seems like this is not an official plot description but it does sound like what the pilot episode would be about.

I mentioned that both sites have similar info but one piece of info that is different between sites is the original air date of the pilot episode.

Tv.com claims that it aired on Jun 01, 1999 while BCDB claims it aired on January 06, 1999.

Considering episode 1 aired on Feb 1, 1999, its most likely that BCDB is correct in its info.

The only footage we have is a part of an HBO Family promo where as a sort of transition, has what looks like an early version of one of the game loaders seen in the show open and close.

We had also noticed that in the shows intro, you can see on the computer screen the icons of games that appear in the show except a lot of them are a much crudersimplistic version of the game icons in the actual show.
